What: Companies get certified against ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, NIST — and stay that way.
Scope: Four modules: policy, evidence, risk, audit. I own all of it, front end to deployment.
Hardest: 15+ connectors — AWS, Azure, GCP, Salesforce, CrowdStrike — folded into one data shape. One dying at 3am can't take the rest down.

When: 2024 — present, in production

What: Runs simulated phishing campaigns inside a company, then delivers training to the people who fall for them.
Hardest: Honest tracking. Mail clients pre-fetch images and will swear someone opened a message they never saw.
Also: Deceptix — the same problem rebuilt from scratch on my own time, to make the architecture calls I couldn't make in production.
Stack: Angular · Flask · PostgreSQL. React · FastAPI on the rebuild.

What: Subscribe to a meal plan, then collect in person with a QR code or pay extra for delivery.
Design: Four services — subscription, ordering, fulfilment, billing — so a failed charge can't stop lunch.
Hardest: The QR handover: fast, single-use, and it has to fail politely on canteen Wi-Fi.
